When i was over there the KFC in china had "chicken tacos" where the "tortilla" was a fried chicken cutlet and the filling was fried shrimp

Mole is a traditional dish that's basically boiled fowl covered in somewhat spicy chocolate paste.
Most people now use chicken, but originally it should have been turkey. It tastes better with turkey. I guess at some point it might have used moscovy ducks, Wich are not ducks, since they are native to the region.
Most people make it too sweet, I prefer it with less of sugar, since I can't have too much sugar.
I have never tried it with fried chicken, but I might over the weekend.
one time i put a chocolate chip cookie on a chicken sandwich and it was very not good. thought i was gonna have the next chicken and waffles with maple syrup but NOPE
maple syrup instead of whatever sauce on a burger is legit though.
What the treatlerism
US fast food companies coming up with the most ridiculous shit so they can market it as exotic occidental delicacies to Chinese people.
Probably not what's happening, but it's funny to imagine that's the case.
KFC in China is owned by a Chinese restaurant company, so this might be completely their idea. A few months ago they gave away free whole watermelons (yes, really) if you ordered chicken, to help out farmers because of an oversupply. You can probably imagine how Westerners reacted to that.
