Seriously though, if you want something really good to do with meat in a bundt pan, my excellent wife introduced me to normal meatloaf cooked in a bundt pan. The bundt geometry means it cooks more evenly, and you get more of the delicious outer meatloaf crust.
I didn't expect to get hungrier in this post's comments. I may do this soon.

I would say that's too cursed to have been made for any reason other than as a joke, but knowing how unacceptable some of the gelatin heavy recipes from when the boomers were young, I can't really say for sure

Believe it or not, that is an above average aspic. They get way worse than that.
Ooooh you have to do a double pour to get that angle, and remember to use an old throwaway gun if you're going to do a gun aspic, it's a 50/50 chance it'll ever fire right again. You can reuse the gun in another aspic tho

I’ve got a 70s Italian cookbook with an alarming number of things-floating-in-aspic-jelly dishes. No idea how they whitewashed that to the point that people go to posh diner at an Italian now instead of French.
