Fetterman is such a cringe asshole liability I almost suspect even AIPAC doesn't want anything to do with him. They'd probably prefer it if he was pro-Palestine.
I just had a thought. What if his ego is bigger than the District of Columbia and he told his PAC not to buy copies because that wouldn't be necessary? Whatever the actual reason - it's exceedingly strange his PAC didn't do that.

I guess nobody told Fetterman that these politician bios never sell very well to real people, and that the only reason they exist is to boost someone's profile by getting an institution to stock up on them in order to place them on the NYT best seller list.
