Dude, don't spoil it in the title. You're better than this.

And so is Lemmy! You can edit titles.

holy i didn't realize that it was in the title

[–] glimse@lemmy.world 3 points 4 weeks ago (1 children)

It's hard to be upset at OP when it gets spoiled by the text above the pictures...

Like you could get rid of the pictures entirely and just have _______________ and it would have the same effect

[–] essteeyou@lemmy.world 17 points 4 weeks ago (4 children)

The "spoiler" above it is a clue about how to read it, the post title is a complete spoiler.

My friend, Thank you for this. It gives me no hope for society every time I hear someone say "it, the clown" - but you gave me a "pennywise" in the first reply I read. Hope restored.

[–] AFC1886VCC@reddthat.com 9 points 4 weeks ago (1 children)

Click here if you're a true idiot

"IT Dozen Even Matter" sounds like "it doesn't even matter" from the lyric

[–] Ziglin@lemmy.world 6 points 4 weeks ago (2 children)

Nah that's a dozen eggs

[–] Saleh@feddit.org 4 points 4 weeks ago (3 children)

What does the Clown have to do with IT?

[–] ZMonster@lemmy.world 3 points 4 weeks ago

Not sure if serious, but the clown's name is "Pennywise" from the tv movie adaptation of Stephen King's novel, It. Though "It" refers to the creature, the clown that it primarily takes the form of is named, Pennywise.

[–] FuglyDuck@lemmy.world 5 points 1 month ago

you've reminded me of an old joke that is only tangentially- and quite ephemerally- relevant.

Do you know why, in the Business Professionals Baseball League, the Accountants always win?

because the last time they lost, they started chanting " 2, 4, 5, 8, Who do we Depreciate!"
