AI, in this case, refers to LLMs, GPT technology, and anything listed as "AI" meant to increase market valuations.

An ad (in German) apparently for training in physiotherapy. Most of it is an Al-generated pseudo photograph of a smiling physiotherapist helping a client, lying down, raise their left leg vertically...

if you're a bird.

That's just her ol' "windmill leg". Been lime that since the 90's

[–] Embargo@lemmy.zip 105 points 1 day ago (2 children)

It's pretty nice to see the physio offering a little clit rub as compensation though.

[–] DickFiasco@sh.itjust.works 30 points 1 day ago

That explains the nip poking out a bit.

[–] Randelung@lemmy.world 12 points 1 day ago

A little torture with a happy ending.

Uhh, terrifying body horror aside, is this AI trained mostly on porn? Sexy nurse has no bra and is needlessly inches from really "helping" that patient.

...I miss lemmynsfw

[–] ParadoxSeahorse@lemmy.world 3 points 2 hours ago

Most of these models are lazily trained indiscriminately on as much content as they can get their hands on, and then guardrails added on the output to try to limit their inappropriateness according to the context.

See recently grok etc. where insufficient guardrails are put in place, presumably due to staffing, knowing Musk. But people wrongly assumed the model was somehow trained differently.

So yes, probably the worst porn, and this is the least-worst product for the prompt, according to some analysis, so released.

Fair lol (but "happy endings" aren't generally within the purview of a physical therapist.)

[–] slaacaa@lemmy.world 8 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Speak for yourself. When my wrist pain was gone after I finished a few weeks of sessions, I was very happy.

[–] ivanafterall@lemmy.world 2 points 1 day ago (1 children)

I'd think a few weeks of sessions like that would be hell on the wrist!?

[–] slaacaa@lemmy.world 2 points 1 day ago

Why? Based on the picture, they’re only breaking the knee

[–] darklamer@lemmy.dbzer0.com 2 points 1 day ago

Maybe not where you live.

[–] Ilovethebomb@sh.itjust.works 4 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Wait, what happened to lemmynsfw?

[–] MajinBlayze@lemmy.world 7 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Like dead dead or out for smokes?

[–] just2look@lemmy.zip 10 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Most likely dead dead. The owner of the servers has been out of contact for months. The other admin only has Lemmy admin access, not server access.

[–] parlaptie@feddit.org 3 points 1 day ago

So,v the feddit.de situation once again?

[–] Alexstarfire@lemmy.world 2 points 1 day ago

That explains why the last week or so has been basically empty.

What happened?

[–] comador@lemmy.world 8 points 1 day ago

I giggled, then had a knee jerk reaction.

[–] Kolanaki@pawb.social 16 points 1 day ago

Bone Hurting ~~Juice~~ AI

[–] abbadon420@sh.itjust.works 21 points 1 day ago

I'm not a physiotherapist, but I can tell you this is gonna hurt.

[–] Mothra@mander.xyz 17 points 1 day ago (1 children)

She's doing great I hope she can walk some day

[–] scutiger@lemmy.world 13 points 1 day ago (1 children)

With two legs of vastly different lengths, it seems unlikely.

[–] Mothra@mander.xyz 3 points 1 day ago

I said hope... why do you need to crush my dreams...

[–] Hux@lemmy.ml 17 points 1 day ago

The anatomical proportions of the patient are hilarious.

Though, I would say the physical therapist appears to be enjoying her work.

[–] psycotica0@lemmy.ca 7 points 1 day ago

Well yeah, anyone can bend a person's leg the right way, or have their foot attached to their ankle instead of their knee, with no training at all! You have to go to school to learn the advanced techniques!

[–] 13igTyme@piefed.social 16 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Looks like she lost the shin on her other leg in dubha dubha two

[–] Whats_your_reasoning@lemmy.world 4 points 1 day ago* (last edited 1 day ago)

Maybe she killed fi'ty men

[–] Krauerking@lemy.lol 6 points 1 day ago

Ah, Another microwaved meal of an ad.

Crazy that people that post this stuff even have jobs. How do they even get up, brush their teeth and prepare breakfast in the morning if they're that damn lazy.

[–] darklamer@lemmy.dbzer0.com 4 points 1 day ago

How do they even get up, brush their teeth and prepare breakfast in the morning if they’re that damn lazy.

It's wild of you to assume that they do all those things.

I’ve never played a baseball video game in my life, and I think that has more to do with the fact that this feature never caught on than any other factor

[–] waigl@lemmy.world 7 points 1 day ago (1 children)

The foot also points the wrong way. Unless the leg was previously severed at the knee and then turned around, I guess. Also, the other foot attaches right below the knee.

[–] just2look@lemmy.zip 6 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Both feet look like right feet as well.

It’s mirrored so it’s actually two left feet.

[–] massive_bereavement@fedia.io 5 points 1 day ago

Let's just forget she has orangutan arms, and one leg's knee ends on a foot.

[–] Ceruleum@lemmy.wtf 3 points 1 day ago

But the fingers are alright.

[–] OldChicoAle@lemmy.world 2 points 1 day ago
[–] KazuchijouNo@lemy.lol 2 points 1 day ago

She must be really good at dancing! She's got two right feet!

[–] drcobaltjedi@programming.dev 2 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Hey OP. That's not the patient's left leg, it's her right leg.

[–] _stranger_@lemmy.world 2 points 1 day ago (1 children)

well, it looks like her right foot was grafted to the knee stump of her left leg, so it might be both

[–] drcobaltjedi@programming.dev 2 points 1 day ago

Both of her feet are right feet.

[–] django@discuss.tchncs.de 2 points 1 day ago

This education appears to be of questionable quality.
