Thanks for that fantastic medicalish opinion there, ole gravel gullet.

RFK is the best illustration of the difference between informed skepticism and ignorant denialism.

The throughline of all his ideals is that health is a personal choice. Right wing people accept this because it means that we are not responsible for each other. Health-nut people accept this because it means that their quality of life is always going to be under their control.

Both of these ideas is so utterly wrong that it's no wonder that people who accept them say and believe such silly things.

Every photo of RFK Jr. is taken during the brief moments between his being face down in a mountain of crushed Adderall.

He looks strung out on heroine to me. They might have that guy doped up.

This picture always makes me think he looks like Rodney Dangerfield's animated corpse doing standup comedy at the behest of an orange necromancer.

His skin does have a sort of Frankenstein's monster patched-together look to it there.

It has that in every photo of him. Leathery and ill-fitting.

Brainworm used brainrot attack, it was highly effective.

Is this edited? He looks rough, even compared to just a few months ago. His job would still be stressful, but probably much less so if he were doing a good job. Pretty ironic that he’s harming his own health through his stances on healthcare while incorrectly attributing the poor health of the Americans to their own stances toward healthcare.

He's 71. America needs to get over it's fetish of old men politicians. Every single position of elected government should have two term limits.

[–] peoplebeproblems@midwest.social 3 points 1 day ago (1 children)

It's not a fetish, they're the only people that want to go into politics.

At 25, when people are eligible, they have usually worked for a bit and politics isn't on their mind.

Old people can also afford to fuck around with the economy more, they got theirs.

[–] Rothe@piefed.social 2 points 1 day ago

That is not true at all. The problem is that the archaic US political system is geared towards benefiting old white men.

He is on the way of becoming the Trofim Lysenko of our time. The results of his work will be... interesting.
