It's fairly common in Scandinavian countries
I know someone named Pia. Never thought it was weird but we didn't interact in English
I always wonder if these kinds of posts are real just because of how easy they'd be to fake.
Plus if they're in "Lemmy Shitpost" you could argue the OP isn't even claiming it to be real.
