Looks more like an excavator than a bulldozer. Also don't see any armor on/around the cab. The color of the arm suggests this is not CAT, maybe Volvo. Hopefully more info about the incident comes out.

IIRC, the bulldozer drivers are Israeli contractors rather than IDF soldiers, so there is no insurance or benefits to them or tgeir family when they get killed or injured.
