If I was a mod I'd be a kindly mod. A gentle mod. Even if I had to ban a post I'd send them an emoji-festooned message saying:
Sugardrop, the website loves that you're eager to interact with it, but we're going in a different direction and not allowing slurs on the site. Slurs like "honkey" go too far for us. If you'd like some suggestions on how to express your racism better, or even better yet, not be racist at all the mod team is willing to have a Jubilee-style mob session with you sometime.
