As a man who currently plans to marry a woman that chooses to dress very modestly and doesn't like tattoos, that woman looks great and beauty comes in many forms. Don't be a fool and enjoy all beauty. The tree's, the human's, the music's. Life is better if you allow yourself to enjoy "things" for their kind of beauty and not complain about the lack of some other kind.

I don't personally find tattoos appealing.
But there are studies that say tattooing provides women and particularly survivors of sexual trauma a sense of ownership and authority over their bodies.
Unfortunately there are also studies that say that outside of the EU, many tattoo inks contain lead, cadmium, arsenic, and carcinogens.
