There's no way this woman is real

Funny enough, that was the one part I smirked at — I thought of Sir Pentious

From the few MAGAts still in my orbit at work, the only thing I can say is that you have several generations of individuals in the U.S. who breathed in lead regularly during their most important formative years.

The people who still vote for Trump are hateful. They are angry at everyone who doesn't jump into the same cookie cutter mold that they were forced to and they hate them for it. It doesn't matter if you're gay, trans, or simply an ally/not a bigot. They hate you for not being forced to live the way they live. They hate you for showing them that they're wrong, or more accurately that things might have been different for them.

It is entirely selfish. They are the darkest parts of humanity given form.

Is this funny?

No, the debate is whether you classify the sky as blue as a result of Rayleigh Scattering.

Better put, is the sky blue or does it appear blue? Is the sky blue or is the light in the sky blue?

Edit: no seriously the same logic for water not being wet applies here.

🤓 um ackshually water isn't wet, it makes things wet. We can have a debate about Rayleigh Scattering making the sky blue if you want.

Jokes aside — yes, indeed.

I still don't think swinging the pendulum to the opposite side will create anything other than differently colored extremes we will all have to face together.

That being said, I do wonder how much of the perceived 'failings' of socialism by capitalists stem from tumultuous periods in countries where any system would be destined to fail — for reasons inherent to those systems (and therefore easily explained away as 'socialism bad' when that fledging system collapses).

I don't know, am I wrong?

Yes let's speed run Vance's presidency and really crank this fascism thing into hyperdrive

It's almost like abbreviations abbreviate... for brevity.

What, your ovaries aren't prehensile?

Odd, this seems like an entirely made up circumstance.

Signed, guy who refuses to use condoms and have sex as a result. Yes, you heard me right, you can turn down sex. It's insane, I know, but trust me.

I think it is, personally, wrong to define someone who died as a result of their own actions as a victim. I think storming a building filled with armed individuals and expecting them to not use them on you places you firmly in the realm of 'not a victim'. That's like playing on a railroad, getting hit by a train, then blaming the train.

I would not define someone who commits suicide as a victim. I would describe everyone left behind as a victim, but not the person who kills themselves. * For example, we in the U.S. are victims of the Jan. 6th insurrection due to the downstream effects on our current politics. Disclaimer: I believe everyone should have the right to end their lives however they want.

Beyond that, I also think it's odd to use terms like 'good' and 'bad (evil)' when discussing things like this. Is it 'bad' to kill a serial rapist? Is it 'bad' to kill a child rapist? Am I a 'bad' guy for killing a 'bad' person?

Death is a natural consequence of life, we do not live forever. I think there are plenty of examples, naturally and fictionally, of why death is necessary.

Hey everyone, title pretty much says it all.

I've managed to snag a set of keybinds that works for me, played around in Arena Commander offline. I'm hooked, had a ton of fun but I feel like my arms are sore from cranking the sticks so much.

Really looking for advice pertaining to ergonomic setups, like what kind of mounts should I grab. I have two Gladiator NXT EVOs, both the left and right hand versions. I didn't buy anything else though, as I wasn't that impulsive, so currently it's unmounted and I'm just rolling with it.

On top of those recommendations, specific guides on how to get better at combat would be good. I'm open to buying other space flight sims as well, if it would be easier to practice there (ideally I'd like to stick to Star Citizen).

My main fear is trying to hop into the main game and getting my shit rocked, losing what little resources I have trying to learn how to not crash. I tried it a little bit, managed to get my first ship impounded lol. If anyone has tips on ensuring I can ping the hangars correctly I would greatly appreciate that as well.

Sorry for the word vomit, still very new to space sims/flying sims in general. Not really sure how to word what I'm asking. Thanks to anyone that takes the time to read and answer!
