Alternately, do sell it, but make sure it's guaranteed to fail and become an expensive paperweight upon first use. I'd prefer your option, but I'll take mine if I can't get yours.
The failure option is better because it takes money from their budget and sends it to Canada, even if it's to a soulless corporation.

Hey Canada, if you could sabotage these somehow so they're useless and ICE becomes easier targets for American citizens that'd be awesome.
According to another comment on this thread they are Ford trucks, so it might be hard to tell the difference between sabotage and just plain Ford-iness.

ICE’s Office of Acquisition Management laid out the reasons why Roshel LLC, headquartered in the Toronto suburb of Brampton, is the only approved vendor “that possesses sufficient inventory to meet the required delivery schedule and the salient characteristics identified by ICE.”
20 vehicles in 30 days, works out to $360k per vehicle.
FYI it's a stripped Ford 550, which are built in the US, rebuilt with armor.
