How did that work?
It's a gag gift, the implication is that you'd put the tube in your butt.
The extra fuel box contains beans, and the pamphlet has fake quotes with racial stereotypes including quotes from a Mr Wun Hunglow and Giovanni Ravioli

If you read it closely - you can get a "tandem" set up. So two people can share this. They each get their own butt and tube.

I thought it was for smoking two cigs at once. What would be the difference between this 'tandem' and just having two sets of 'single's ?
The tandem is for 2 people. You each get your own set of tubing
I never smoked because it was just too much effort. This would have made all the difference, if I'd known about it. Alas, all those wasted years without the pleasures of a good smoke.

Automatic butt ejector.
They had it so easy. Back in my days we had to smoke uphill in both ways
I had a patient who used one of these to smoke because he was on condensed oxygen. He's still caught on fire. 0/10. don't recommend
For those of you not familiar with it - there is a thing called an oxygen concentrator. You plug it in and it delivers almost 100% oxygen by filtering out the 80% of non oxygen gases in the ambient air. Most forced to use it fucked their lungs up from smoking. And you will find many continuing to smoke butts while they have a cannula in their nose delivering oxygen.
