It’s not even hypocrisy in the truest sense, it’s more the unspoken rule baked into the cultural conservative system that the restrictive, repressive culture practices and limitations are for the plebs. Like everything else, it’s about hierarchies for them, so debauchery is only something you earn if you’re high enough on the org chart.

I don't mean this confrontationally at all, I'm genuinely confused by this comment. Is this just about the title of the post? Obviously nobody here likes Trump's politics, but many appreciate his ability to deliver humor - can Fetterman not also be simultaneously funny and wrong about things?
