But some of better ones were pretty sick all the time FDR had a paralytic illness (polio or guillain-barre) and cardiac stuff, Grant had various complications of alcoholic liver disease and died out of office of throat cancer (probably related to his alcoholism), JFK had Addison diseases and his spine was Swiss cheese with fractures as a result.
Lenin was Lenin, and he had a bunch of complications post being shot that led to his premature death. Andropov was less shit than Gorbachev and the fall of the USSR might have been different or softened by him at the helm but he died of kidney disease.
Like this is ableist shit, the best leader isn’t the healthiest as long as the succession is safe if they croak.
