I think even the prudes are starting to see what a tragedy the demise of Lemnynsfw was, what with the horniness no longer being contained somewhere that they avoid ๐
The worst part, imo, is that the NSFW memes community on that instance was starting to gain a little traction after I put in some real effect to post there consistently. Then poof it was gone.
Then the Discord that I also did a similar thing for that gave me another source of not just porn memes but adult/dark memes in general just closed all of its NSFW channels because they want to grow their server without incurring restrictions due to 18+ content.
At this rate Iโll only have memes about Linux CLI, fortenight, Roblox and whatever else is deemed safe for 10 year olds.
Talk to your kids about Linux! Before somebody else does!

Oohhh, that makes a lot of sense. It's like a don't horny open inside chain of events. Poor lil fellers.
lemmynsfw is really bad quality though because it's almost all onlyfans ads which are bad because they're done for money and not because they like it, which is why the quality IMHO is really bad.
What happened to It?
The only guy with access to the server suddenly disappeared off the face of Lemmy and after a month or two (afair. Might be a shorter or longer period), it stopped working and thus the instance did too.
The admin of a replacement instance (the name of which escapes me) has since managed to contact the lemmynsfw admin and last I heard it's functional as an archive but permanently closed for new content.
