This is all mostly true in my experiences. The sexual aspects being the most impactful and otherwise just being careful about how you dress, which is more of a slight inconvenience sometimes than an actual problem, but there are others.

  • There's no such thing as a quickie because of how much warmup is required and then once you're down to business chafing becomes a serious issue very quickly if you're not careful.
  • Most alternative sexual acts to PIV(and even that) are out of the question or difficult and unsatisfying with some women.
  • You can't use standard condoms without risking breakage and need to use very expensive brands or custom order them(and they still don't fit right).
  • Depending on how far up the spectrum you are, staying erect without medical help can be difficult, but this is more of a fringe issue.
  • Wearing good underwear is required otherwise nothing is left to the imagination. For example, I generally can't wear sweatpants or swimwear in polite company without taking extra precautions. In a similar vein tight clothes also present a similar issue and are more uncomfortable.
  • A lot of people don't realize the self esteem issues that usually come along with it. It sucks to literally have an otherwise great relationship ruined because you physically cannot have sex with a partner.
  • A lot of men end up with weird dysmorphia issues. You don't even realize it's an issue until you're well into adulthood because porn has ruined people's expectations. If you're not 12 inches long, you're not big. I didn't even realize the extent of the problems it caused until I was in my late 20's because until that point I actually thought I was small...
  • You will never receive any sympathy for any of these issues and talking about it will get you laughed at in most circles.

Because the playerbase moves to the latest game on release and the multiplayer of the older games stops being fun because it's exclusively tryhards.

Just going to leave this here.

What does real opsec look like? Knowing that you are being surveilled when you use any electronic device and not saying things that could incriminate you. Treat electronic devices like you are in a public space

This the the unfortunate reality that most privacy focused individuals inevitably realize as they narrow down their threat model.

The lengths that you need to go to to even attempt to have true anonymity are intensely identifying in and of themself because you will be an exceptionally unique user. It's the same fallacy as burning your fingerprints off and it makes you more uniquely recognizable than before under scrutiny.

It sticks out so much too because the entire arc is like three times longer than any other storyline in the series. Then like 80% of it is just waiting patiently for Bug-Cell to be born so they can beat him up. Then the series just ends a few episodes after.

Definitely not just you. I did men's track/cross-country and the shorts were always so awkward to wear because they were basically sexy booty shorts.

and of course the loans at the subsidized rate are not enough to cover costs at an in-state school, so you also have to take out "unsubsidized" loans from the federal government, which are like double the interest rate of the subsidized loans.

Thank you for saying this because people always conveniently forget this part. I went to a "budget" state school and subsidized loans only covered maybe half of any given semesters tuition and nothing else. If you needed to make rent, eat food or pay for the rest of tuition you needed to find money elsewhere. I worked full-time through school and still barely was able to to survive and had to take additional loans.

I started my undergraduate just after the worst of the '08 market crash when rates were also at this level. Saddling a teenager with paying off tens of thousands of dollars at 7.5% interest literally crippled me. These rate increases are just kicking the can down to road to a future generation so that they can espouse headlines that they've done something beneficial while doing nothing to help fix the problem. All of the "forgiveness" pieces we've been seeing are just them fixing the broken promises through the 10 year repayment forgiveness and PLSF programs anyway.

Most people want to feel desirable in their romantic relationship.

While there is truth to this and you should absolutely do it, for a lot of people(especially those in healthy relationships) no amount of reassurance can assuage deep seeded insecurities. Attraction is almost the expectation rather because it's a basic requirement for a relationship to function.

Hearing constant reassurance about attractiveness from a partner can feel like your mom telling you you're the most handsome person in the world. It's nice, but it doesn't feel like it carries a lot of weight compared to an organic comment from a stranger.

He recommended the HHS (overarching org of the FDA) reevaluate the schedule status of it back in October '22. The HHS took like a year to do their thing and then made a recommendation to the DEA to change it to schedule III. The rest of the time from them until now was the DEA also doing their own internal review.

I feel like if the timing was political, they would have pushed this news out to late summer closer to the election. That's not even considering the fact that a simple majority in Congress could have done the same damn thing without any of this beurocracy.

The moment this picture showed up online my girlfriend said the exact same thing. It took less than 48 hours for this to turn out to be proven true.

He was a host on a bunch of video game themed talk shows on the G4TV channel back in the late 2000's if that rings any bells.
