Seriously. I have friends who have really hard jobs and are that age, they're even beginning to gray a bit. They look a decade younger than this man.
I started greying at like 25, sometimes it's just genetics
Of course, my point was that people I know at that age with pretty hard lifestyles and jobs, and even sporting some gray hair, look like they're children next to this guy.

he looks like the type to knock back 3+ alcoholic drinks every day, which accelerates what i would characterize as "aging".
can be a mid 30s, no job, vacation playboy but look like a 55 year old bus driver with 2 divorces and long crushed dreams.
I know not everyone holds up as well as they get older but I wouldn't be surprised if he's a rabid alcoholic that's aging him in dog years.
