Some of those 118 genders are highly unstable, though.

That wheelchair is also confusing?
You are in a wheelchair and you get reassignment treatment to become Iron .... or else you are a Manganese and you end up in a wheelchair after reassignment surgery
Wheelchair people are clearly tiny here and must be helped by an Iron in the toilet
You might say these genders are fixed at birth, but what part of the table are they in? The what metals?
They aren't. Many people were born as uranium but end as lead.
