Resignation? Enprisonment is the bare minimum

Archon Drakon demands more

[–] OhStopYellingAtMe@lemmy.world 7 points 2 hours ago

I don’t see any downside here.

[–] Doorbook@lemmy.world 1 points 2 hours ago

So if trump legalize rape would anyone be able to stop him ?

[–] BigMacHole@sopuli.xyz 4 points 3 hours ago (2 children)

When we Elected Trump to DRAIN the Swamp what we REALLY Meant was we want ONLY the Swamp and NO ONE ELSE!

-LITERALLY Every Republican you know!

[–] smeenz@lemmy.nz 3 points 2 hours ago

Ironically, all this cover up effort is illuminating swamp monsters we otherwise wouldn't have known about.

[–] chiliedogg@lemmy.world 5 points 3 hours ago (1 children)

When you drain the water from the swamp, all that's left is the scum.

Right. After draining you must dredge.

[–] JeeBaiChow@lemmy.world 4 points 3 hours ago

So apparently they think of themselves as 'too big to fail'.

[–] Steve@startrek.website 10 points 5 hours ago

Satire is dead

[–] unemployedclaquer@sopuli.xyz 4 points 4 hours ago

Thomas Massie is running rough, but slightly different district

[–] blattrules@lemmy.world 9 points 5 hours ago

Trump made the qanons right and the US is run by a cabal of pedophiles.

[–] madjo@piefed.social 14 points 6 hours ago

As if that's a bad thing! I don't care who's on that list, I don't care about what political affiliation they might have, they all need to face accountability for what they did to those girls!

[–] Almacca@aussie.zone 2 points 3 hours ago

Three? That many?

[–] unemployedclaquer@sopuli.xyz 3 points 4 hours ago

Mitch is laughably collapsing. I do not look forward to the shit show

[–] ceenote@lemmy.world 74 points 9 hours ago (1 children)

I would very much like it if whoever said that sat for a painfully uncomfortable interview.

[–] TheTechnician27@lemmy.world 27 points 8 hours ago (1 children)

You mean the satirist who wrote it as a joke? What would they be painfully uncomfortably interviewed about?

[–] FreddiesLantern@leminal.space 22 points 7 hours ago

And yet again…

[–] Tollana1234567@lemmy.today 1 points 3 hours ago* (last edited 3 hours ago)

those 3 would be trump, Pam bondi, and his other attorney. everyone is expendable, including MIller.

[–] GardenVarietyAnxiety@lemmy.world 38 points 8 hours ago (2 children)

So "Too Big to Fail" again? Your existence justifies the sexual abuse of minors?

No.

[–] SeeMarkFly@lemmy.ml 7 points 8 hours ago

Too big to fail also happens to be too big to care.

They go hand in hand.

[–] givesomefucks@lemmy.world 4 points 8 hours ago

As long as the wealthy are in power, they're gonna keep saying that they should never experience any negatives

The good news is, the only reason they're in power is we kept letting them be the only two options.

The DNC pivoted away from neoliberalism a year ago, so we'll get a fair primary and no neoliberal can win one of those.

Hillary had to use Bill's charisma to get the neoliberals in power, and then Obama just fucked off and ignored it instead of taking it back when he could have.

Like, it sucks, but this really is a "darkest before the dawn" moment. When the great depression hit we got FDR, we just had to deal with a couple months of armed veterans living at the Washington monument and that piece of shit Hoover actually sending tanks against them.

People that act like this is new and unprecedented are just ignorant of history.

There's a path where we fix most of America's problems including holding all these oligarchs responsible in the next five years. We've literally never been this close and if Kamala was in office we'd honestly be even further away and likely know even less from the files right now.

Which is again why having a non iased dnc is so important right now.

[–] minorkeys@lemmy.world 9 points 6 hours ago

So if a section of the system all goes corrupt together, we should just let them keep being corrupt? No. We bring them to justice at pace that the system can recover from.

Mitch mcconnell? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mitch_McConnell

Edit sorry got too many fuckamos wrong with all those shit-berds

[–] wuffah@lemmy.world 5 points 7 hours ago

This is why they’re building concentration camps right before the midterms. They know they’re becoming universally reviled, and will be voted out soon if they don’t end democracy in America.

[–] big_slap@lemmy.world 7 points 8 hours ago

what a fantastic idea, a massive reset of the government sounds great to me! what are the downsides? please, someone who disagrees with me, state your opinions. I promise I will not flame you

[–] DevotedShitStain69@lemmy.world 3 points 7 hours ago

They've committed treason, the 25th must be used and remove them all from office; and of course set an example by using the fullest extend of the law against them. No less is an injustice to us all.

[–] LadyMeow@lemmy.blahaj.zone 4 points 7 hours ago

Fuck I came.

[–] wonderingwanderer@sopuli.xyz 1 points 5 hours ago

Did they really think that would help their case?

[–] Sanctus@anarchist.nexus 2 points 7 hours ago

Oh I was thinking more like the morgue
