If you rewind it makes more sense.

Dude obviously isn't a great English speaker, so a sound bite out of context in meaningless.

It feels like he meant it in the same context it allows any member to project power on the world stage, that's literally and explicitly always been the point of NATO.

But when someone is speaking off the cuff in what not even be their second best language, it's gonna sound weird.

On the internet

Kind of a big place...

You can't narrow that down? I'm genuinely curious

Guess trump is rubbing off on Bibi too...

I’ve been ranting about the grass roots electoral movement in thie Knock Down The HOuse documentary for years. That whole “Regardless of how you feel about AOC” I stipulated is from years of people missing the point and focusing on her instead of the grassroots movement that got her elected.

I legitimately don't know what that means, but I'm pretty sure it's not a place...

The knee jerk hate for AOC is real

Republicans and neoliberals, sure. But Obama did fine without them too.

Doesn't matter what mainstream media says about her, they said the same shit about Obama because they were exaggerating. They can't say anything new at this point.

  1. Primaries

  2. Turnouts

You:

There’s gonna be issues with 3 and 4. The establishment Dems are not going to allow progressive candidates to succeed if they can help it.

Do you just not understand what the words you typed meant?

Unfortunately that happens a lot these days

“You shall not take the name of the LORD your God in vain, for the LORD will not leave unpunished the one who takes His name in vain.”

Name...

Your God...

His name...

Saying the primaries are useless cuz the party will still rig them like they used to depresses turnout and like i said, a year deep and ignorance isn't a good excuse because you'd have heard about it by now if you're in political spaces like you are now.

If your comment was authentic, you would have asked about the substance not doubled down on what you're doing is cool.

unrealistic risk of danger to the U.S.

Bro...

Have you seen the people in charge of anti-terrorism?!

It's a bigger miracle we haven't had a serious attack in the last year than it was that not a single hurricane made landfall last year.

We can't handle any type of disaster, and even routine shit are realistic risks of danger.

Risk of terrorist attack is sky high and it would likely be something huge that gets thru.

But...

trump isn't doing anything, he's not driving the bus and hasn't been for a while. The people who tell him what to do/say are trying to normalize American deaths to him.

And because he's trump and he just repeats what people told him a second ago, that's what he did when he went on camera.

He's never concerned about something or trying to reassure anyone. Whatever he blabbers about is what people were saying to him moments ago.

...

Judaism = Yahweh

Islam = Allah

Christianity = "Do not say my name, just say God"

That's literally the whole "do not say God's name on vain" thing.

Idiots that couldn't read the Bible centuries later just thought "God" was what you shouldn't say, be cause they scrubbed God's name in the original language from the Bible and Christianity to make it more believable he was the only God and not one of many

Unhappily, there are plenty of people who will swear the AOC is as bad as Schumer because has gone along with the Party.

I've seen people say this, but literally never actually see it.

Where are you seeing this so often?

[–] givesomefucks@lemmy.world 5 points 9 hours ago* (last edited 9 hours ago) (5 children)

You're at least a year behind...

And everyday "I didn't know cuz billionaire owned TV did tell me!" becomes a less and less valid excuse.

Someone has to be completely disengaged from reality and anyone tangentially connected to it at this point to still not understand.

Which a lot of people are...

But very few of them stumble into political communities and then discourage Dema from voting in the Dem primary.

What are you even doing here?

Federation is spotty

It may be gone where you post it, but might still be visible from a different instance

This shouldn't be on the official HHS website, but it is. So I guess it's a political video

Channel 5 couldn't find any Cuomo supporters anywhere, so they went to an event for Cuomo supporters to interview them

Pritzker, an heir to the Hyatt hotel chain, has a net worth of $3.9 billion, tied for No. 382 on the Forbes 400 list of the nation’s richest people. A campaign spokesperson said via email that Pritzker planned to donate the money to charity but did not respond when asked why he hadn’t already done so.
