Look at Biden's poll numbers...
Someone that no one knows with a D by their name is still going to be "not trump" and get every single vote that Biden will get.
Along with the votes of people that can't ignore a genocide, that can't ignore human rights abuses at our own border, or any of the other areas where Biden is significantly more conservative than Dem voters.
The more people know about Biden, the less they support him. That is why a completely unknown "empty suit" has a better chance at stopping trump
Bonus points if they're not two decades past the retirement age for their generation
You’re misunderstanding the generic democratic nominee.
It’s just a way to measure liberal vs conservative policy without a face and the baggage and positives they bring to the table.
Who is a potential candidate who will be election ready in four months, because it’s not going to happen.
I think people are forgetting Biden is president right now and is doing a damn fine job of it.
What do you think "election ready" means?
Because with the current state of things, to me it just means their name goes on a ballot.
Don't you remember the hype about how much Biden prepped for this debate? And this is what we got.
You may hold that opinion, Biden definitely holds that opinion. But most Dem voters dont believe it.
Not everyone shares your opinion on things, and we know that because polling is a thing.
Are you unable to answer my question, because I’m answering yours.
Elizabeth Warren
Kamala Harris
AOC
Bernie (but he wouldn't run)
Pete Buttigeig (he'd be just as bad, but he'd be easier to get elected)
Happy?
My point was "election ready" is meaningless.
You literally didn't...
Ready for an election, I didn’t know you needed an answer for that because it seemed rhetorical.
