this may be a steam deck situation where they have different tiers and the lowest tier has the least amount of storage and ram, I can definitely see that happening

the best thing the internet did was connect all the smart people together. the worst thing the internet did was connect all the mentally unwell people together.

I feel like this is why I dropped playing many rogue-likes and am currently addicted to playing arc raiders, as you lose so many things if you die and have to self-evaluate every single time you don't get home.

I have to get home and survive in order to actually grow my character positively, where dying punishes me for losing (almost) everything and gaining very little experience points to allocate to my characters permanent buffs.

This is an important moment for any gamer who has purchased a Steam enabled game. That includes millions of gamers who have been impacted by the unfair practices that have resulted in them being overcharged. This is an opportunity for them to get redress and for this major platform to realise that when they act unlawfully, they will be challenged.

Is the plaintiff a crackpipe enthusiast? the prices set on steam also reflect the same prices on other store fronts. is she claming the prices set on steam dictate how publishers price their games on other digital stores?

if that was the case, why are epic exclusives like Alan Wake 2 or PlayStation exclusives (on launch) set at a high price? or Nintendo? what am I missing here?

spoilermy question is rhetorical, I know what's going on lol

the world is accelerating to destroying the middle and lower class at an absolutely absurd rate, incredible to reflect on where we were a year ago and now

I just downloaded summit. I can vote and do other things but I couldnt comment.

Here's the error:

LemmyAction failed. Cause: com.idunnololz.summit.lemmy.actions.LemmyActionFailureReason.UnknownError. Details: UnknownError(errorCode=401, errorMessage=Not signed in)

after some investigating, I tried posting this on the mobile client and saw an error that said im not allowed to post because I am on a VPN. turned my VPN off, tried posting my comment in the app, then it worked.

just thought you should know this error is incorrect and sent me down a rabbit hole. maybe there's something you can do to update this on your end? not sure though...

have a great day! love the app so far

this happens to me all the time because of gestures. I use sync for lemmy but have to look into another one that feels similar to this one since it's been abandoned, just havent had the time to research a good alternative

I would just like to express my gratitude to everyone for sending me down a rabbit hole of research after reading many comments and relating to almost every single meme that was posted.

After my diagnosis, I have a plan moving forward to help better my decisions and what I should do next. Do it if you are questioning and can afford it, is what I would say!

Has anyone experienced crashing on startup? it crashes almost instantly after I use biometric login.

My client version is v23.11.29-22:27.

I saw someone with a blue person with a 🚫 next to it and have no idea what it means
