This motherfucker should be dragged from the Senate and sent back fucking Alabama. He isn't doing his job so he should be removed.

[-] FuglyDuck@lemmy.world 51 points 1 year ago

I vote we air drop him into Russia with a note saying "I want to fight for Russia. Please sign me up."

since... you know... he's helping putin out so much.

[-] Fredselfish@lemmy.world 6 points 1 year ago

I like it lets do it.

[-] GiddyGap@lemm.ee 24 points 1 year ago

Unfortunately, he and his constituents probably feel like he's doing his job. The US of A in 2023.

[-] zigmus64@lemmy.world 10 points 1 year ago

Yeah… not all of his constituents…

[-] krashmo@lemmy.world 10 points 1 year ago

Politicians don't even pay lip service to the idea that they represent everyone in their district anymore. If you aren't on their team then they openly tout the fact that you can't do a fucking thing about it.

[-] hansl@lemmy.world 3 points 1 year ago

Enough to get him elected. Beating Doug Jones by 20 points was no small feat.

[-] zigmus64@lemmy.world 4 points 1 year ago

The only reason Doug Jones was elected in the first place is because he was running against Roy Moore. Literally any other Republican candidate would have handily beaten Jones. Tubby just rode his name into congress.

I liked him better when he was just a coach.

He needs to be investigated. Dude’s messing with the MIC, that is the deep state.

[-] ashok36@lemmy.world 7 points 1 year ago

His primary residence is in Florida. He's as Alabaman as I am.

[-] RagingRobot@lemmy.world 2 points 1 year ago

Why would anyone say they loved in Alabama if they didn't? Ew lol

Stupidest man in the senate. Which is saying something.

[-] Rapidcreek@reddthat.com 8 points 1 year ago

He's already taken Ron Johnson's crown? Somebody hold his beer.

[-] tacosplease@lemmy.world 1 points 1 year ago

Empty barrels make the most noise.

[-] RememberTheApollo_@lemmy.world 51 points 1 year ago

Your life should suck because of my opinion. -Tuberville.

[-] sndmn@lemmy.ca 39 points 1 year ago

[-] RagingRobot@lemmy.world 1 points 1 year ago

Can football cause ass cancer? lol I hope so

[-] thisisawayoflife@lemmy.world 32 points 1 year ago

I wonder if Tuberville was involved in an sports related sex abuse scandals like his colleague Jim Jordan was.

[-] jordanlund@lemmy.world 18 points 1 year ago

Now, now, Tuberville is in the Senate, not the House... totally different group of assholes:

[-] BarrierWithAshes@kbin.social 32 points 1 year ago

I still find it hilarious that Tuberville has effectively become one of the best anti-military politicians, even if his reasons for doing so are completely unexpected.

[-] Burninator05@lemmy.world 2 points 1 year ago

And it has hurt his constituents. I'm sure it played a role in deciding to put the USSF HQ in Colorado vs Alabama where it was tentatively announced it would be.

[-] Lophostemon@aussie.zone 29 points 1 year ago

“I basically encouraged sexual abuse of the students in my care, for 20 hours a day!!!”

[-] tacosplease@lemmy.world 4 points 1 year ago

Wait. Gymnasium Jim Jordan did that.

Did coach tubs do it too? I thought he got fired for basically forcing kids to participate in his prayer sessions.

[-] Lophostemon@aussie.zone 4 points 1 year ago

Oh yeah. Sorry. That was Gym. They all blur into one another.
