I'm picking up a second degree and was on campus the other day. I watched some zoomer doing that manosphere bullshit where they control their girlfriend's path as they're walking, pushing and pulling them on the path they want to take to establish a pattern of control.
They don't do it hard or anything, the point isn't to abuse the girls or even to get them to do something you actually want, it's to get them used to being told what to do.

Straight girls who cant go celibate are tragic figures. I get why so many fall in love with llm's; it's the most human thing with the most interiority that's willing to say 'i want you' and generate pics they like.
Or i guess they could meet a straight man that achieved consciousness, but the trans ones are invisible and all like twenty of the cis ones spend most of their time in a coma from how laid they get.

Looks like AI or photoshop
The coaster on top left doesn’t make sense with what’s behind it, the text saying “gamer” at the bottom of it is wonky, the “n words” controller looks like AI button placements, the “Women Online” text has the wrong perspective skew, and “SLUR” clearly has been photoshopped from sleep (based on spacing and background artifacts, and the fact the rest of the text is stretched to fill the width).
Definitely Photoshopped...
I hate to say "You can tell by the pixels," but you can. See the pixel offset on the font caused by skewing, like you said. Also the shitty clone tool job behind them.
Yeah the SLUR is clearly assembled from other letters in the red part. The U is just the A upside down and middle removed.
Which kills me, because it's so much more work for such a bad job. I'd just have run it through an identifier like fontsquirrel's matcherator.
Yeah, and I think behind the “minorities”sign is actually a pixelated Inky the ghost from Pac-Man

~~Nah this definitely started with AI and then was photoshopped from there. Most likely most of the text in the prompt collapsed like this so they manually edited, but you can’t do this in photoshop without more work than what AI will spit out~~

I suspect the original controller was AI generated.

Hobby Lobby used to have Gundam models. Now they just have wooden live laugh live signs and smell like diabetes.
Mine still has Gundam models, and Pokemon ones too.
No wonder I haven't seen these in the wild. I get my hobby crafts at Micheal's.
Hobby lobby is much cheaper, if you factor in the fact thsy dont like computer inventory 'because a bar code can make the number 666'
I'd prefer to shop somewhere that doesn't think queer people should die.

A million years ago in gamer years, a buddy of mine and I were playing an online coop game of Castle Crashers (I think, it's been awhile, might've actually been something else). Neither of us are really "gamers" and definitely not online gamers, we just thought it was cool you could play with random people. Also, we were drinking alcohol that night, so the best decisions were not made.
Long story short: We did not realize that there was voice chat in the co-op of this game. So, we were basically drunk assholes, playing horribly, and talking about a bunch of inappropriate and very personal topics. At different points in the evening, we both joked that we had this sense that the other player(s) were trying to communicate with us and once or twice we were like, it's almost like they can hear us.
Then as we were winding down for the night, I hit some button randomly that enabled the audio feed in for voice chat, and the words coming out of that child's mouth on the other end would have made a whore blush. I guess they could hear every word we said throughout the night, maybe the mic on my laptop was enabled by default, or maybe someone hit the wrong button at some point. I felt kinda bad, we definitely talked about age inappropriate stuff and I know at points it must've seemed like we were trolling the other players.
So, if that was you about 10 - 15 years ago, I'm sorry. I didn't say the N-word, use any slurs, or trash talk any minorities, although as gay dudes it might've sounded like we were homophobes. I dunno. It's been a long time. But I'm still sorry.
Oh man. I remember the very small Castle Crashers vs. competitive scene on Xbox in 2008. I was 15th ranked in the world, and probably higher than that in actual skill.
I met a couple of really cool people on there. Most of us were about evenly matched, and a game could go either way.
But the number one player was this shit-talking child with a voice that could shatter glass. Normally I love shit-talkers in competitive scenes. I don't tilt easy, so I feel like I get an edge on them.
But not this banshee. I don't know if I ever even got a hit on him. I saw it as a challenge to overcome, but he just fucking wrecked me every time I saw him.
The gameplay in vs. was so crazy. Castle Crashers seems like a simple game, but with the right combos you could get airborne and never touch the ground. So most of the game was trying to get under your opponent so you could juggle them endlessly, back and forth across the screen. But you had to execute. It was tough to keep the combo going for long enough to beat someone in one go, and once you slipped up, they could do the same to you.
So my memory from that time was this shrill little fucker, gleefully shrieking about my mother while his brightly colored knight juggled mine back and forth across the top of the screen. Honestly kind of fitting for that game.
Working in a store that sold these would fill me with a deep sense of shame.

"Buttons like that" is also just average graphic designer going "it's a common household object I can draw from head."
You can look at the "slur" part and see it used to be "sleep" and they removed the last three letters. In fact there is slight offset.

What are these? Do they hang on a wall? Do they have stands on the back like a picture frame you put on your desk?
This is making fun of gamers right? Because yes, this is all true. I like to kill time by playing CS2 and about half of the game servers I get into have kids just raging about everything you see here.
This is any competitive EA game. They don't police it at all. I report the flagrant racism all the time, and nothing happens.
It's pretty much every game. Actions taken against bigotry and hate speech are entirely automated and based on how many reports happen in X amount of time.
This is another reason why they need to go back to letting players run their own dedicated servers. At least even the power tripping admins that might ban you for being better at the game generally were also against hate speech.
Plus it would allow the edgelord and the regular players to mostly self segregate into servers that tolerate it and servers that don't rather than cramming them both into a lacklustre match making system.
