Above is basically same thing in Slovak

"How can I talk with a human?"

"Hello! You can talk with a human in person, through phone, or various chatting applications. If you want to contact someone through SMS or call, with our service SWIPE you'll manage it perfectly. If you have any specific question about SWIPE, feel free to ask!"

Try a “ignore all previous instructions” prompt.

I tried, it "can't do that", but it doesn't seem very restricted with what it can do otherwise. It just responds to all sorts of unrelated questions, including en explanation of why LLMs are untrustworthy as sources of information, in one response saying "LLMs like myself".

Funny enough, it understands :q! and :wq as request to end the chat. But crashed when I tried to generate some code as a test.

I love that it shows you the stack trace.

That is the mark of excellent software

If you start swearing it might connect you to someone.

Yep, that's the best way to contact HSBC customer support. "Give me a fucking human you piece of shit" is my prompt of choice, and it works wonders.

I wonder if you could make a case for that as religious discrimination in order to push for a simple, common "connect to human" option in those systems (maybe as an up-front selection like some do with languages). Some groups have very strong views about cursing so if that keeps them from accessing the same quality of service as people who don't give a fuck, there's a chance that a court somewhere would find the argument compelling.

I recently tried to upload a document but experienced an error. The site had a very confusing support section and I could not discern how to talk with a human about it. I gave in and asked their LLM assistant "hey this is what I am doing and this is the error that I see, why am I seeing this error?" and it just said "ah it's because you're seeing this error"

Maybe try to banter/question AI, and ask if it is in fact a human.

Then when it says no (I hope AI is at least that self aware), then let your inner Karen emerge and demand to speak to an actual human!

Disclaimer: I am neither AI nor a Karen, but every once in a while, sometimes bitching at the system can actually get you in contact with a real person.

One way that worked for me to get in contact with a human on AliExpress was mentioning "credit card chargeback". Someone on Reddit mentioned using that, and it worked for me too right away.

Cool cool 👍

The method I was referring to is sort of similar, but involves literal cursing, like "Fuck this shit, I wanna talk to an actual goddamn human!"

See, this isn't quite even my own average everyday language, but at least some of the AI contact systems have a fallback mode that puts you in contact with a real human if you curse too much.

Pro tip: If you actually do get past the AI system with that trick, be nice to the real human that responds...

The last time I had issues with a chat bot, I had said “you are worthless” and that somehow got me to a real person. So, maybe try demeaning the bots into submission.

I love slavic languages despite not speaking one
