If this is real, it seems like they made the deliberate choice to keep his mask on, because it is better for these kids to see Charles Entertainment Cheese getting arrested than finding out he isn't actually a rat that runs a pizza/arcade
Contract killer. Mafia hitman. They finally found the ice cream truck full of bodies Charles had stashed in the quarry upstate. Although bloated from being submerged for several days police were able to get dental records and we have positive matches on two of the missing Fry Kids as well as Mayor McCheese. An oil drum thought to contain both Dave and Wendy Thomas was also recovered but officials are waiting on DNA analysis. This is a somber victory for the three families of the Battle Toads, who have long since maintained Mr. Cheese's involvement in the trio's disappearance several decades ago.
