Wasn't arrested or anything? In the US the cops would have tackled him and broken a few of the warriors in the process and charged him with reckless endangerment or something ridiculous
You just don't appreciate the 8 dimensional chess the Chinese authoritarians are playing right now. This poor bastard ended up back in Germany.
They would have charged him for the damage they caused after unnecessarily opening fire and damaging shit.
They'd charge him with assault after he aggressively used his forearm in a defensive move to try to deflect their batons from smashing his face.
