The PNW region is plagued by actual Nazis that are organizing. They have real estate companies that are dedicated to getting more of those freaks to move there to establish a new Rhodesia or some shit like that.

The only good thing I've noticed so far is the only people they have getting into new developments in elderly retired boomers close to their deathbed (i.e. 70+) add in collapsing rural medicine and funny enough these areas won't be able to care for that inevitable surge. Most of the working class is apathetic or outright angry at the rich white boomer flight driving up their cost of living so that's been interesting to see.
