Need a distraction so for the rest of the mega I'll do tarot pulls. Ask a question and whether you want 1 card or 3 card (past present future) and I'll serve you some (limited) cosmic wisdom
3 card: how can i be more trans?
Similar question. 3 card. How can I be gayer?
Past: Page of Swords
Pages represent someone who is inexperienced at their suit. Swords are thought, so Page of Swords would be someone who is curious and lacking knowledge. This is someone in your past, either a different person or an earlier version of yourself. If the latter, maybe you are being reminded that getting gayer is a journey that starts from a new beginning.
Present: Knight of Pentacles (reversed)
Knight of Pentacles might telling you that Page in your past has become a lost Knight of Pentacles. If this still represents you, then you could be in a rut, bogged down by a concept of being gay that may not resonate with you. You could be craving experimentation and new experiences. If this card represents someone else, then perhaps you had a gay mentor(s) and you no longer see them as guides in your growth.
Future: The Chariot (XIII)
The Chariot is saying that you can think about how to be gayer all you want but if you want to become gayer, you have to put your theory into practice.
Past: Judgement (XX)
At some point in the past, you had a wakeup call. If you died today and your life was judged, would you be trans enough? You realized that there was untapped potientals in self-experession. You had a new goal.
Present: King of Cups (reversed)
The King of Cups reversed is saying that in the current or near present, a part of you is moody and vulnerable. We can call this part the "authoritive emotion" which controls how we ought to feel in a situation. Reversed usually means energy blocked and in this context is saying you are not feeling as you ought to and this feeds your drive to be more trans.
Future: The Well (XXII)
This is actually a custom major arcana in the deck I'm using but the meaning in nice so I'm keeping it in lol. The Well is the source of creativity within us all. Learn how to accept and access this eternal spring of experession, and you will be able to reach untold levels of transness.
3 cards: will my ex and I ever be friends again?
Past: Queen of Cups (reversed)
Court cards are often other people in your life. Here this is probably your ex and the emotional role they played in your life. A reversed Queen of Cups is someone who is not in touch with their emotional state or is hiding it/pushing it down, and usually when we suppress emotions, it tends to come out sideways. In this state, their ability to engage in a relationship is restrained or damaged.
Present: Knight of Swords
The Knight of Swords is a champion of thought. I think it's easier to see yourself in this role right now. Sometimes it's hard to understand why a relationship falls apart when the communication for the reasons why is missing, and there's a lot of reasons why even the communication falls apart. You're approaching it like a puzzle, and maybe you can't find the answer because the things we feel can defy logic.
Future: Seven of Swords (reversed)
Seven of Swords is betrayal and deception. Reversed is an exposed truth. This isn't necessarily a negative card, for example this could mean that you will find out something that was withheld in the future, and when the truth is out some sort of forgiveness or actions can be taken to repair a relationship. Ultimately I think the card is saying there's no point trying to worrying about it, the resolution of your situation can only happen once more information comes out and there's no way to know how long that'll take.
1 card: how's it going to go with this girl i'm seeing. I'm getting a mixed read off of her whether this is going to be very good or very bad
Two of Wands (reversed)
Two of Wands is about deciding on what you want and planning out how to achieve that. When reversed, it may mean you're not seeing a bigger picture. What does this relationship mean to you? Your hesitation could stem from a mismatch between what you desire in a relationship versus what you're experiencing. A different reading is saying that you're putting too much emphasis on outcomes and that you should just experience the relationship as is. You can update your plans if vibes get bad enough.
I'm really bad at deciding questions to ask and things like that (
) but I do want a 3 card reading.. I don't know how exactly to formulate or pick but I'm worried about things in general if that's enough
spoiler
sorryPast: Two of Pentacles
You were seeking balance in some regard with your life. As a two, maybe this could've been about seeking balance in a relationship (family, friend, co-worker, romantic). Two also can also tie to the major arcana High Priestess who governs the subconscious. Maybe you wanted to find a balance with yourself, perhaps as self-acceptance. It could also be something else that's private to you since I can only make guesses on what I know lol
Present: Ten of Cups (reversed)
Ten of Cups is a straightforward one. This is family, unity, community. Reversed this is saying you are feeling disconnected from this kind of unity. This could be many things; okay yes you could feel that the trans community is in danger, but perhaps other stressful events are causing disharmony, like a big move is making things difficult at home. The important thing is that this is a way we feel, and not necessarily a permanent reality.
Future: Seven of Wands (reversed)
Seven of Wands reminds us that before we can achieve, we must struggle. Reversed is a warning that you might sabotage yourself when you don't believe in yourself and abilities. Hush the voice that says I can't; that voice is a liar. Accept the struggle and let it move you forward.
Extra: Queen of Pentacles (reversed)
This one popped out of the deck when I was putting the deck back together, so I think the deck wanted to tell you more. Court cards (and Kings, Knights, Pages) often represent people in your life. The reversed Queen of Cards could possibly be someone in your life that is usually supportive but suddenly is selfish or withholding. This extra card could be a hint about what the reading is referencing.
This is a bit harder for me to nail down something specifically, I definitely have struggled with balance in relationships. That has definitely been a struggle for me. It feels- like there's some kind of attachment issue there. I'm not exactly sure what kind.
I have been feeling a lot of that. Since cracking, I have felt very disconnected from everyone irl.
This makes a lot of sense for me too.
One of my long term friends, who I felt a lot of support from for a long time, has gotten a lot quieter since asking her to use my name. She's never used it or gendered me correctly. I could see this being related to her.
Thank you. I have been interested in having someone do a tarot reading for quite some time.
Yeah it was fun. I don't do this is often as I used to so I enjoyed having a chance again
3 Card: Should I order pizza?
Past: Eight of Cups
Present: Knight of Pentacles
Future: King of Swords (reversed)
Cups represent emotional matters and inner landscape. The eighth Major Arcana is Strength, signifying, well, strength. Eight of Cups appears to us when we are withdrawn and seeking emotional guidance. Perhaps you've been feeling you don't deserve a pizza. Perhaps you are worried about your bank account. Or perhaps there is some external force preventing you from acting. Eight of Cups tells us to find your inner strength to advocate for your desire for a pizza.
For your present... Pentacles represent material wealth, usually money, but can also be food or other necessary things. Knights are a manifestation of a driving force. So here the Knight of Pentacles is saying that if you've had a longing for pizza, you can put forth effort and money in the present to achieve your desired future.
While usually depicted male, I like to de-gender Kings to authority figures. Swords represent thought. So in this case, perhaps a reversed King of Swords is telling us that by ordering a pizza today will somehow lead to the revolution?
Idk sounds like tarot thinks it's a good idea
Oooh, how about will me and my ex ever be friends?
1 or 3 card?
3 if youre still going
Past: Six of Wands (reversed)
Six of Wands is a success card. The work was put in, now it's time the reap the rewards. But reversed, you feel like you didn't get rewards for the effort you put in the relationship. You were not appreciated. Hence, ex.
Present: The Artist (XXIII)
Being able to invest the energy once used to maintain a floundering relationship and invest it in yourself, you could get in touch with your inner landscape and recreate yourself according to your and only your vision.
Future: The Emperor (IV) (reversed)
It may be difficult to be in any kind of relationship since you can only see yourself in a parental role when with them. If there is the opportunity and interest into restart a friendship, remember that everyone should create and respect boundaries.
3 cards pls is next year gonna be my year?
Past: Ace of Cups
Ace of Cups is the love card. You were friendly with people, you were full of love in your friend/family/romantic relationships, and/or you had an outlet that gave you satisfaction and a love for life. This might be the year you use a template for a good year.
Present: Queen of Pentacles (reversed)
Interestingly, your present card is the opposite. Queen of Pentacles reversed is often read as withholding or selfish. This could be someone else that was once friendly but has gone cold recently or it could be a part of yourself pulling away from one or more relationship over this year.
Future: Wheel of Future (reversed)
Your wheels are spinning in reverse and you're going the wrong way. If this is referring to another person, this person may be someone with power over you and you'll need to learn how to negotiate with them to move forward with your own goals. If it's about you, think about what you can change so you can start moving the direction you want. Otherwise you'll have a year of stagnation.
Alright noted
the present part does make me think about a couple of friends that have pulled away from me and I don't really know why. the future part does make me realize I've been compromising a lot on my end to make other people happy I'll need to figure something out on that part. I can also plan a couple of things on my end I need to do.
ty for this I'm gonna be doing a lot of introspection now
3 cards. Will I find a dance partner for my classes? How will I go about it?
Ok after seeing how serious the other questions are, I think this dance partner thing can be downgraded to 1 card (idk what the "past" would even represent in this scenario).
I need the full power of the major arcana for this one
Eight of Swords
Eight of Swords depicts a kneeling woman. She is wearing a blindfold and wrapped in loose ropes. She is surrounded by swords. At first glance, she is a prisoner, held in place and unable to see any alternatives. But the ropes are not binding and she can remove her blindfold. Even if she feels like a captive in her situation, she has agency to change her situation. I think in terms of your questions, maybe she's saying you have to act on your agency and change the tactics you are using to find a partner.
Major Arcana Pull: Temperance (XIV) (reversed)
Since I didn't pull a major arcana first time, I kept pulling until I got one. Temperance reversed is the moderation card, urging us that it's time to seek balance in life. Reversed, you might be off your balance. Perhaps your expectations don't match your actual experience and that is causing disharmony. Is there something your wanted from this dance class that you're not getting? Or maybe your expectations are too high and need to be re-evalutated.
