Negative comments on Lemmy usually reflect stuff that have been deleted.
Specifically pubic health? Are the urologists and gynecologists up in arms?
It's the same as anywhere. FWIW obviously inflammatory stuff gets removed from !android@lemdro.id under rule 9. Disagreements are okay, but folks are expected to keep things civil. Also an issue for kbin/mbin is that moderator removals aren't federated probably to/from Lemmy.

Just a heads up for folks - moderator removals unfortunately don't federate between lemmy and kbin. The comments @BolexForSoup@kbin.social is referring to don't appear for folks on the lemmy side. They're not imagining things!
