Can someone tell me how many loss are in this jpeg?
Probably a lot. Jpegs have lossy compression.
I counted about 28 original loss'. With original I mean, for example, I only counted the Loss Eyelashes once for the whole comic.
Edit: I think it's 31 actually.
I got 31 original Loss' so far. The more I look into it, the worse it gets.
I got at least 71
I think I got 90 cause I assume the dots on the confetti are another one.
Assuming we're counting duplicates unlike the people above us.
I only got 27 "originals"
Edit: just found the creator's highlights of everything, I sure missed a few: https://imgur.com/REx65rs
Absolute madlad
Damn what a work of art. You just keep finding more instances of loss
I got:
The comic itself
The comic within the comic
The nails holding the comic up
The speech bubbles
The question marks/exclamation points
The sparkles around the trophy
The lines around the sparkles
His eyes through the panels
His eyelashes
His eyebrows
His chest hair
His eye sparkles
His teeth
His freckles
His tongue spots
The other guys hat markings
The other guys eyebrows
The other guys eye wrinkles
The other guys mustache
The other guys cuff
The other guys button
The trophy markings
Underside trophy markings
Trophy base markings
Trophy neck markings
Confetti
The markings on the confetti
Roses
The markings on the roses
The markings on the bundle of roses
The dots around the frames of the comic
Should have used a FLAC instead of a WAV. Its lossless.
I mean aren't they both lossless?
Edit:
Apparently it depends on the codec wrapped in the RIFF, of which WAV is an instance of.
That said, the most common format for wav is apparently LPCM, which is lossless and uncompressed.
Ayyyyy
Loss is a good meme, but imo B^U was the superior CAD meme.
Also fuck Tim Buckley, still.
What's that
https://knowyourmeme.com/memes/subcultures/ctrlaltdel
Scroll down to the "Reception" section, it's in the first paragraph. It's hard to get the full effect from that paragraph though, as B^U became an automatically response to anything Buckley or C-A-D related for a long while. It was more of a textual social meme than an image macro'ed meme so it doesn't cast as long of a shadow today, but I'll always associate Tim with B^U first.
Is this loss?
No, this is Peter.
No this is Patrick
THIS. IS. SPARTA.
Someone better get kicked into a bottomless pit. Although when that happens, you usually die of dehydration.
Jesus…CAD is still around? I forgot it existed about a decade ago.
I'm not sure if it's still around, but one of my discord servers is determined to repeatedly resurrect the corpse of loss and parade it around. Usually what I see shared is a lot more subtle than this, though lol
What is CAD in this case? I get the feeling your TLA is not referring to computer-aided design or Canadian Dollars.
Webcomic Ctrl Alt Delete. I think it still exists, but it's greatest cultural impact has been loss.jpg, in which the author tried to convey the tragedy of a miscarriage in the same four-panel format as the rest of his comedy strip.
Ok it seems like the comic that "Loss" is from is called ctrl alt delete or something, so I'm guessing that's it.
Guys remember that meme we all based our personality on from ages ago?
I don't?
member?
Neither do I.
All I know this meme from is about memes being this meme.
pepperidge farm remembers
I'm confused, what personality?
is this..
I really didn't give a shit about that cartoon.
Are you sure this cartoon star doesn't kill cartoon babies? Just wanna be sure.
I want to Tickle Tickle those feet ^_^
