Lot of interesting answers here, but for me, the obvious choice is "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory"
On their second channel, the Epic Rap Battles guys post reaction videos to suggested matchups. One of their dream matchups is Willy Wonka vs Pablo Escobar with Weird Al playing Wonka but they're afraid he'd say no because of the gratuitous drug references that would be involved.
I would love to see him as a John Wick style character.

Jack Black can only play Jack Black, which is not a Blues Brother. The Blues Brothers never lose their cool for one thing, Jack Black is never not over the top.
He is often hired to be Jack Black, but he is actually quite a good actor.
