My headcanon for this particular bit of grok nonsense is that Elon saw a tweet or video of Kirk getting owned/roasted in a debate, got butt mad about it and hard coded it to say it never happens

Anyone who watched the video knows Ol' Charlie died instantly. It was reported that he was thrown into the backseat of a car with the intent of rushing him to the hospital.
