What's so fucked is that for a pretty insignificant amount of money you could make a quarantine not that bad. They just need to isolate so find some cabins and have them have a nice wilderness stay for 2 months. Wisconsin or Minnesota would be amazing this time of year. Lotta these people were bird watchers too right?

Unfortunately the kind of bird watchers that can afford a cruise like that typically (obviously some people could have been saving for decades) are petite bourgeois and very wealthy. They're probably too boomer'd up on Facebook AI memes to even consider it. They'd probably call it denying their freedom, or something.
