To be fair, Hitler was also the guy who killed Hitler, so retroactively, they also had the guy who killed Hitler on the cover too
Who gives a shit about person of the year in the now. Elon, like all brilliant men, is working long term. By 2045 he'll have altered earth's collective consciousness into knowing him as person of the year, every year, for the entire 21st century. Might give Hitler a couple more Ws while he's at it. All just as a marketing push for more cheap labor on mars.
He's not man of the year, he is man of the century!
