Are image generators like midjourney also LLMs?
as a fan of mashup culture the first argument is so weird. what makes mashup art interesting is the ability to recognise similarities the constituent parts and the artistry of merging them. ai art is more like a blender. you can make interesting things with the tech but requires careful planning both before and after. pouring in whatever will just net you beige goo.
If you love AI you probably hate art and expression...
If OOP actually loved art and expression, they'd be supporting actual artists making actual art, rather than putting their weight behind the no-effort jungle juice of art AI produces.
