Holy shit, I can't be reading that right. FOUR espresso shots?
The issue isn't your anxiety, it's your completely unhinged idea of what a cozy little coffee is.
That's close to the FDAs safe reccomended daily limit for caffeine, of fucking course you're gonna spike your anxiety.

It depends on your tolerance, really. I drink about 48-64oz of coffee a day and it doesn't have any negative effects on me.
But I do have ADHD, so my body's response to stimulants is different.
Can confirm. 30mg of Adderall makes me want a nap
I learned the hard way that my limit is one and a half. The half means “sometimes, a second shot is fine, sometimes NOT”
The way to get past the bad part is to remember than you WON'T remember the lesson and you'll have the moment of enjoyment with coffee again.
Coffee gives me acid gut and the shits these days no matter what type I try.
