lmao, this person has either never spoken to a single German, or they're the most annoying person on the planet. This is the country that shut down all their nuclear reactors in a fit of hysteria and replaced them with coal power plants.
American neoliberals love to produce graphs where White Euros are portrayed in a dichotomy to and pretend it's "rational" by fiddling the data until the US is slightly closer to the "bad" side than, like, Norway.
Their concession of the US being "a little bit icky" is the way the neoliberal feeds you the ideology of Eurocentrism, with the end goal of reproducing US hegemony from first principles.
Just look at Bernie, the way he built a platform of social democracy through contrasting the American state to the Nordics. That ideology then planted the seeds of imperialist resource wars and racial subjegation.

I'd love to know what cultural attitudes they assigned to these countries and what arbitrary methods they used to assign them.
I notice China is the only country that sits outside any other grouping. Probably because they tried to assign it a love for authoritarianism and world domination. Unlike the rational, peace loving western nations.
Edit: I did some digging and at least one of the three Chinese data gatherers for the latest survey spends some of their time in China. The other two are professors at US universities, so I'm sceptical of their objectivity.
