Cuba is less important to the empire than Israel is. Otherwise the us would have invaded it ten times by now.
They cannot because they are not designed to. Euro countries can only stop supporting israel once the americans remoce their military bases, their think tanks, their NSA information centers, their digital control over european finance (yes the big three digital giants basically have full acess to the entire european economy).
