When I first learned that's where this statue was, I almost couldn't believe it. Then you learn that the only reason it is there is that someone bought it once, needed a place to put it while they were figuring out what to do with it, then died, and it just became part of the outdoor space. I guess it's technically on private property and no one has decided to buy it even though it is for sale, so there is a fun irony that Lenin stands in America only because private property sheilds him from removal.

I've been trying to get my local public library to 3d print this for my bookshelf but they keep not making it without any reason given 
Break up the project into multiple pieces that you will glue together at the end. Make sure to show up with the 90% completed figure when you pick up the last piece and start fit checking it in front of them.
good to see him so clean, usually when I make my trips to the area he's got the splashes of blue and yellow paint with the red hand. the blue and yellow paint is, imo, very funny considering the history.

When I last visited they were sorta spotted yellow with a red tinge to the base grey.
