If you don't put the comma after dog, then it looks like you're talking about a dog's pussy. By putting the comma, the reader knows the speaker is using the word dog as a nickname for a person, and is telling "dog" (a person) about how much they love eating pussy. The comma is necessary for clarification.

Extra convincing since animal genitals in furry porn are a controversy in the furry sector. Some like their characters to have animal-appropriate gonads where others (e.g. VISA, the credit card) feel thats a line too far.
(Not a furvert myself but have researched intersections of sex-focused content and the freedom of speech, or in some cases, commercial restrictions on free speech.)

Believe it or not, VISA and MasterCard are effectively the arbiters of mortality on the internet. They act as payment processors for most porn sites, if your site shows acts or imagery that they believe is "too far" they'll remove your ability to accept money so sites keep content on the right side of what payment processors find acceptable.
Season 1 of the Hot Money podcast goes into a lot more detail and is a really interesting listen.
