I cannot find it, but it was a pretty long manga of some anime dude ranting about how boobs are elitist and butts are the true working class option (basically, boobs are hereditary or bought, butts are the product of labour). In my mind its "Maoist Buttman", but I have no idea how I would even begin searching for it.
