(CW anti-Semitism) Local man storms out of meeting yelling about free speech bc we say don't call people "zog bots"

So a new guy shows up to one of our public meetings yesterday, after maybe 20 minutes calls someone who he disagrees with a "zog bot"
I tell him not to call people that, bc "zog" originates in neo-nazism and anti-jewish conspiracy theories, say we can talk more after the meeting if need be
He slams his fists on the table and yells "ok zog bot" throws papers on the ground and storms out yelling "no god damn free speech! Zogs got em, zogs got em!"

And that feeds into the Israeli project of painting itself as the only safe place for Jews. They conflate Israel with Judaism to make Jews around the world more sympathetic, but also pragmatic. "Whole lotta anti-Semitism out there. Be a shame if something were to happen to you... Better let us 'protect you.'"
It's literally a protection racket.
