does florida even have inspections for that?
landlord will just do a shoddy job again and charge extra for the police deterrence.
I have no idea what Florida construction process are like, just in my area you're getting an engineer to draw up a blueprint and then getting it inspected at several stages to make sure everything is in the up and up.
oh yeah that's the right way to do it, but florida you can never be sure.
