I guess it was road kill so not that awful? I would cook the roadkill though, never had racoon meat(corpse eating person, sorry). But still for what purpose would a public facing figure even disclose this? Nevermind why would you cut off racoon genitalia.
for later study according to him and I'm gonna claim this is because racoons have penis bones, the implications being obvious
