unfortunately this was them suing him because he embarrassed the fuck out of them in public, so at most (and probably not) they'd be on the hook for some of his court fees.
i was going to shoot the sheriff but i got high.
the best part of all this is that during the trial officer Randy (Son of a Bitch) Walters had to state under oath that he does not, in fact, know for certain whether or not Afroman fucked his wife lmao

Even if they were on the hook his legal fees... Does their liability insurance cover this? I know cops really don't mind being taken to court because their premiums are never raised but idk
