They should at least make them have drunk plates like other states (different color license plates if you have a dui). But yeah Minnesota is one of the more “strict” states in DUIs too - I think Wisconsin has ignition interlock but you have to blow above a 0.08.
Don’t mock their culture like that
This dude is a DUI champion, even for the Midwest. But he shouldn't be allowed to ride in a car at this point.
