Nipples feel very sore, chest feels a little soft and I can feel it bouncing a little bit sometimes. My sister noticed my nipples poking through the shirt, not sure how to feel about this, maybe I'll need bras soon. Being in the closet to my parents and still living with them sucks, I'm going to be in trouble on the next few months, probably. There's also this headache and brain fog, I can't manage to do anything at the moment, not even videogames, maybe I'm just tired, I don't know...

Congrats on the changes! You might be able to hide it a bit with just a snug undershirt+looser overshirt. But eventually proper support becomes helpful so you can run around with feeling like you need to hold your chest (which doesn't take much when they're super-sensitive). Built-in bras are at least a little less obvious what they are at a distance, but still something that catches attention if people try, say, folding your laundry or hug you with their hands right at the bands. If you are taking spiro, make sure to hydrate well. Easy to get dehydrated even if you feel like you're drinking a lot.

I'm not sure how things will play out yet, but I'll have to come out if I absolutely need bras. There's no way to hide my laundry and wash it by myself or something, my parents will see it.I'm on injections, Een. But maybe I do need to drink more water.

What are your levels? A brain fog could be indicative of either having higher than desirable levels of E, or low levels of both E and T.spoiler
I'm not sure about levels yet, but I have a blood test next week. I think my T is low by the effects in my body. This brain fog started on sunday and I do my injection on monday, so my levels were at their lowest, but I think I'm just tired, or maybe it's depression too, idkspoiler
Yeah, your E trough could just be a bit low, so increasing E or shifting your injection schedule may be helpful. For example, I have prescription EV, which has a shorter residence time than EC/EEn so I split my injection in two (taking half on Wednesday and half on Saturday) to have more steady levels.spoiler
I'll wait for my blood test results before any adjustments, but I'll keep this in mind, thank you
