allergy and parasite immune responses overlap, and people can get allergy relief by being intentionally infected with more benign parasites. in this case, they use parasites with secondary effects that are gender affirming. for example, brain parasites that increase aggression/libido/testosterone for trans men vs something like a tapeworm for trans women that can make them weakened/delicate/smaller, all while alleviating allergy symptoms.
